Quotation of 12.5tons TSG90%+ 4tons RebA>=95% production line

1)  Quotation of building the factory: According to the area of the factory and the practical construction cost by the construction company in India.

2)  Quotation of the raw materials: According to the practical situation in India.

3)  Main equipments of 12.5tons TSG90% production line: USD 305,400

4)  Main equipments of 4tons RebA>95% production line: USD 145,000  (The main equipments mean the equipment itself and the first flange.)

5)  Technical services fee: USD 50,000

6)  Quotation of installation materials: USD 156,250(Installation materials mean the connection between the equipments such as the pipelines, pumps, valves and meters. Clients can buy it or ask us to buy .)

7)  1ton gas Boiler (Clients can buy it themselves): USD 25,000 (If the solar energy is well used in clients’ country, clients can consider about the solar heat collecting system to decrease the cost of boiler, 1m2 of this system=USD 385)

8)  4T/h Pure water supplying system (Clients can buy it themselves): USD 80,000

9)  Instruments in laboratory (Clients can buy it themselves): USD 65,000

10) Sewage treatment system (The discharge value of the sewage is 25tons/day. Clients can buy the sewage treatment system themselves or decide how to treat sewage themselves.)

For our ACI,s part, the quotation is:

TSG  equipments +  RebA  equipments +  Technical  services  fee  +  (Installation

materials cost)


The specific services of ACI

1. Not only supply clients the equipments but also all the technology about TSG90% product extraction, and provide the comprehensive services for the whole project.

2. Provide clients the whole factory’s needs: the layout of factory graphic design, the layout of workshop production line and design process. For the selection and design of the  equipments  and  piping,  ACI  will  give  the  design  drawings  to  the  clients  in accordance with contract requirements.

3. After all the equipments have been delivered to the client’s side, ACI would send technical personnel  to  guide  the  installation  of  stevia  equipments,  do  the  trial production and final production, till clients get the high-quality products according to the contract.

4. Help clients to train personnel for operating stevia machines, and also help to train the laboratory personnel for clients’ side.
